Final Sale, Return and Refund Policy

Effective August 15, 2026. All sales are final. SKEEZY (a sole proprietorship) does not offer discretionary returns, exchanges, or credits. Mandatory statutory remedies, cancellation rights, and product-safety duties remain fully in effect. The full policy is published at /pages/return-policy.

Final sale. Except where the law requires a remedy or we authorize one in writing, every purchase is final. We do not accept returns for preference, change of mind, sizing, fit, color, compatibility error, duplicate ordering, later price changes, mounting costs, or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its listing.

Disclosure. The rule is shown on each product page, acknowledged by checkbox before adding to bag, and incorporated into the Terms and Conditions. Check size, configuration, compatibility, and price before ordering.

Rights we never waive. UK and EU consumers may cancel a distance purchase within fourteen days and receive a refund, per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. UK consumers have a thirty-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU consumers keep the legal guarantee of conformity. Unshipped or materially delayed orders remain refundable. Wrong, missing, damaged, defective, unsafe, recalled, or materially misdescribed goods are remedied at our cost. Product-safety duties and recalls override this policy entirely.

Evidence. Inspect on arrival, keep all packaging and components, and photograph before use. If you suspect a defect or safety issue, stop using the product and preserve it.

Authorization. Do not ship anything back without written instructions, except for a statutory cancellation, for which instructions are supplied on request.

Refunds go to the original payment method within the period the law requires. Posting time is controlled by your bank.
