Shipping Policy

Effective August 15, 2026. The charges, services, and estimates shown at checkout apply. No processing or delivery date is a promise by SKEEZY. Mandatory shipping-delay, cancellation, and refund rights remain intact. The full policy is published at /pages/shipping-policy.

No promised dates. SKEEZY does not promise any processing time, dispatch time, transit time, or delivery date. Any date or window shown is an estimate, except a service the carrier itself sells as guaranteed, which applies on the carrier's terms. Where no time is stated, the law imposes one: in the US, shipment within thirty days or notice with the option of a prompt refund; EU and UK law default to delivery within thirty days.

Addresses. Provide a complete deliverable address. Redirects, holds, and intercepts may not be possible and can create lawful carrier charges.

Tracking. A label can exist before carrier acceptance. Carrier records may be used in an investigation.

Delays. Weather, road closures, customs, labor action, transport disruption, peak volume, government action, and force majeure can delay delivery. If an order cannot ship in the time stated, or the period the law requires where none is stated, we will seek your consent to the delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund where the law requires.

Damage, loss, and split shipments. Report damage promptly with photographs and keep all packaging and components. Missing deliveries are investigated with the carrier. Orders may arrive in several parcels on different days. Where the law makes us responsible for goods until delivery to you, that is not restricted here.

International. Where international shipping is offered at checkout, you are responsible for import eligibility, duties, taxes, and customs unless checkout states otherwise. We do not represent that a product is legal, certified, or importable in any destination. Lithium battery products are service- and destination-restricted.

Risk and title pass as stated at checkout or as the law requires. Where the law gives you a remedy against us as seller, it is not restricted by this policy.
