Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the lower 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are not currently available.

Delivery estimates

  • US warehouse or US distributor: estimated 4–10 days.
  • China supplier: estimated 6–17 days.
  • Snow pants from China: estimated 12–31 days.
  • Made-to-order beanies: estimated 7–16 days.

Check the product page for its ship-from location and estimate. Items in one order may arrive separately. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Availability, processing and delivery

Items identified as made to order are produced or prepared after ordering. Each product page explains its ship-from location and estimated delivery. Product availability does not mean the item is stored in a SKEEZY warehouse.

Review the product-specific processing information and the shipping service, charges and delivery estimate at checkout before paying. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Any specific delivery commitment agreed with you remains binding as required by law; describing a date as an estimate does not remove your consumer rights.

Shipping deadlines and delay choices

For US orders, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within the time stated before purchase, or within 30 days if no shipping time is stated. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you by the applicable deadline, explain the delay and give you the choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund. Where a definite revised date cannot reasonably be given, the notice will say so. If you decline, required consent is not obtained, or we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order as the law requires.

For EU and UK consumers, goods must ordinarily be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery time was agreed. You retain the right to set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel if delivery does not occur, and to cancel immediately where the law permits, including certain essential-deadline or refused-delivery situations. Your mandatory rights in other destinations also remain intact.

Rates, addresses and tracking

US shipping is $8 per ship-from group below the free-shipping threshold. A bag combining two ship-from groups can have a $16 shipping charge. Qualifying orders of $70 or more receive free US shipping. Final rates and any discount effects are shown at checkout before payment. Enter a complete, accurate deliverable address. Tell us promptly about an address error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Orders may ship from a fulfilment partner and may arrive in separate parcels. We provide tracking when the shipment is dispatched. Creation of a shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Loss, damage and delays

Contact us if a parcel is lost, damaged, incorrect or overdue. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy for which we are responsible. We do not require you to pursue the carrier instead of exercising your rights against us. Risk of loss remains with us until delivery to you where applicable consumer law requires. Weather, customs or carrier disruption does not automatically remove cancellation or refund rights.

International charges

We do not currently offer international delivery. If available destinations change, the options and any import charges collected by us will be shown at checkout before payment.
