SKEEZY terms of sale and website use

Your order
Review the product description, selected size and colour, price, shipping information and these terms before placing an order. The currency and amounts payable to us are displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm you can lawfully enter the purchase contract and are authorised to use the payment method. Adults should place and supervise orders intended for minors.
We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine payment, stock, legal, safety or material listing error. If a material error is discovered after you order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate choice or refund; we will not impose a materially different product or increased price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the cancelled goods and associated charges as required by law.
Product information and images
The product description, selected variant and applicable commitments communicated before purchase form part of your order. Website banners and advertising are not exempt from accuracy requirements. Screen colours may vary, but this does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product.
Images marked as digital design previews are generated illustrations, not photographs of an approved physical sample. That disclosure does not remove our obligation to supply the goods as described or your remedies if we do not. Available-to-order quantities on made-to-order goods are selling allocations, not representations of warehouse stock.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Shipping deadlines, delay notices and refunds follow applicable law. We offer 30-day returns on unused items as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
EU and UK consumers retain their applicable 14-day distance-purchase cancellation right. Choosing a standard size or colour, or buying a standard item produced after ordering, does not by itself make the purchase exempt. Faulty, wrong, damaged, unsafe, recalled or materially misdescribed goods remain subject to mandatory remedies. No final-sale statement overrides these rights.
Product use and safety
Skiing and snowboarding involve risks. Use suitable equipment, follow the product's instructions, check fit and compatibility, and obtain qualified setup or maintenance where appropriate. Stop using a product you suspect is unsafe and contact us. These responsibilities do not transfer our product-safety duties to you or exclude liability the law does not permit us to exclude.
Do not assume that apparel, goggles or other equipment provides certified protection unless the exact product listing identifies the applicable verified standard and intended use. A general disclaimer is not a substitute for any testing, labelling or certification required for the product.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices and your choices. Agreeing to a purchase is not consent to optional advertising cookies or marketing messages. Service, order and safety messages may still be sent when needed, even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
Website use
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement or interference with its security and operation. Submit only reviews or other material you are entitled to share and keep factual statements accurate. You may contact us about an accessibility issue or request help completing an order.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory guarantees, warranties, remedies and product-safety obligations remain in effect. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing your purchase.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us so we can try to resolve an issue. You are not required to wait 30 days before exercising a legal right, filing a valid payment dispute, contacting a regulator or seeking urgent relief. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in courts available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes
Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. The terms and information applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, your mandatory rights take precedence and the remaining lawful provisions continue.
