Terms and Conditions

Effective August 15, 2026. This is a summary of the SKEEZY Terms and Conditions. SKEEZY is a Pennsylvania sole proprietorship. The complete Terms are published at /pages/terms-and-conditions and govern each order.

Products and risk. SKEEZY sells snowsports apparel, accessories, and hardgoods. Snowboarding and skiing carry an inherent risk of serious injury and death. No product removes that risk. Where a listing identifies a safety standard, that standard and its scope govern; where it does not, no protective performance is represented.

Fit and setup. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and sizing before ordering. Bindings, boards, and mounting hardware must be set up by a competent person using correct hardware and torque, and checked before every use.

Site content. Banners, badges, stock indicators, estimated dates, and promotional text are informational only and may change or contain errors. The terms of your purchase are the product, price, and charges shown at your checkout together with these Terms; no other statement on the site is a promise, except where the law makes it one.

Orders. An order is an offer we may accept, decline, or cancel, including for a pricing or description error, stock or payment issue, restricted destination, or safety concern. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout; tax is calculated there.

Final sale. All sales are final. We do not accept preference, change-of-mind, sizing, fit, or compatibility returns. This does not remove any remedy required by law for an unshipped, materially delayed, wrong, missing, damaged, unsafe, defective, recalled, or materially misdescribed product. See the Final Sale, Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty and liability. Except for an express written warranty or a non-waivable legal warranty, products are supplied as is. To the fullest lawful extent we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost use, travel, passes, missed days, rental, labor, or damage to other equipment. Where a cap is lawful, aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

Rights we do not affect. Nothing here removes a non-waivable right. UK and EU consumers keep the fourteen-day right to cancel a distance purchase; UK consumers keep the Consumer Rights Act 2015 right to reject faulty goods; EU consumers keep the legal guarantee of conformity; US consumers keep applicable state consumer rights. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for gross negligence is not excluded.

Safety and recalls. Stop using and preserve any product you suspect is defective. Recall and stop-use notices and regulator-directed action override every other term.

Disputes. Send a written description and evidence to lucid@malikscaling.com and allow thirty days before filing a non-urgent claim. These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, with venue in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, subject to mandatory consumer rights, local-court rights, and small-claims access.

These Terms allocate risk only as far as the law allows. They do not eliminate all liability and do not remove mandatory consumer rights, product-safety duties, recall obligations, or liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury. Where a term conflicts with such law, the law controls and the remaining terms continue to apply.
